I use this bluetooth transmitter with my Apple 6th gen Nano worn on a TikTok wristband in order to wirelessly send music to bluetooth headphones while I work out at the gym so that I have no wires getting in the way. So far (4 months after purchase) it has been very reliable, and instantly paired with 2 different sets of bluetooth headphones. The only downside is that it rapidly drains tha nano battery after ~1 hour of use. Now if only Apple would come along and make a slightly larger nano on a watchband with imbedded blue tooth, 3G/4G and a longer battery life so I could download apps, check a few emails, take phone calls and listen to music all wirelessly from the convenience of my wrist, then Id be Dick Tracy!

I took a chance on this as it appeared to be new and didn't have a lot of feedback. Wow! This is a great little bluetooth adapter. I'm using it on my 160 GB IPOD Classic and it works great. I also bought a wireless headphone set--Subject PLS-9400, Pulse low profile Bluetooth with mic--what a fantastic combination. I'm thrilled to finally have a way to listen to my IPOD without the pain of using wired headphones that always tangle. Try this, you won't regret it. Try the speakers too, they're awesome.

I got it last month. It does the job as described. I have only one issue with it. It drains the battery of the Nano 6G in less than couple of hours.
