Perfect stand at great price

This is a good stand for an iphone. Unlike some other stands, this works without having to take your phone case off. At less than 3 dollars with free shipping, this is also a fraction of the price as most others. It's small enough to throw in your pocket or bag, and sturdy enough to withstand normal use. Allows for vertical and horizontal positioning of the phone, and also provides two different viewing angles.
Edit - this stand is not good for airplane travel, as your phone will slide around if there is any choppy air.

Brilliant design, poor execution

The designer deserves an award. It was for an ingenious light-weight, foldable, inexpensive solution to most smartphones' lack of a built-in stand (Some HTC phones a sparkling exception). But the construction is defective because the ridge on the base that was supposed to keep the phone from sliding down is rounded and so low that (a) ATT's Galaxy S 3G does not stay up at all, while (b) T-Mobile's Galaxy S 4G, which has a less rounded frame, stays up precariously but after a while it slides down. So I increased the ridge's height with tape and now the phones do stay up but what a non-professional sight. I hope that the merchant's next order to their manufacturer will correct this unfortunate glitch.

Does not work

I hoped for something, but it simply cannot hold iPhone 5 in any position (vertical, horizontal). Do not even think you can touch your phone.
