Fits good

I used this kit for a pioneer avh 2400bt and my 2006 mustang. The screws on the side that connected to the head unit had to be inserted with a bit of muscle, but didnt damage anything. Also, you do have to cut those things on the sides that stick out if you dont have a certain make of car. Just make sure you read the instructions before installing. ALso, the manual said to use the spacers for my mustang, but the unit stuck out too much and I just left them out, and I think it looks good. Overall, it fit good.

Works really well in my 2004 F-150. The finish matches almost perfectly with the truck's stock finish. The only posible negative is that the 2 side mounts are plastic rather than steel but they seem to hold the head unit securely. I made sure to use the rear rubber coated pin that came on the stock head unit to hold up the rear of the new head unit.

Does not fit a double din Boss BV9560B

The kit is okay, however it does not fit my new radio. The radio is too large (Boss BV9560B), the plate will not even go around it. We tried to adapt it by cutting the plate that goes around the radio, however being plastic it broke. IF it had fit the radio, it would have worked fine in my truck and would have looked ok. Companies should give the dimensions for the inside and outside of the plate so you know before you order if it will fit the truck and the radio.
