fit my 04 silverado perfectly

My head unit came with screws for mounting the side brackets of this kit, but the kit should have had them too. It didn't. That's the only issue. Fitment was easy and straight-forward. fits flush and looks great. Very pleased.

Fit well in my 2006 Chevy TrailBlazer

I used this kit to adapt a Clarion CX501 double DIN unit to my 2006 Chevy Trailblazer. The kit fit my Clarion very well - no extra adapters needed or holes to drill as there were plenty of holes that lined up on the side brackets. A little snug on the sides inserting it in the dash when using the correct screws, but it slid in eventually, and better to be snug than loose, right? The front wings fit nicely, even the stock support tabs on the dash that help the factory line up and insert the radio didn't interfere - sometimes you have to trim/clip/grind those off, but not in my case.

It felt very secure and the front trim fit nicely and the radio looks great in my dash as a result.

Update the Compatibility List!!!

I bought this product for my 2005 Chevy Cobalt SS and it does not fit. The Compatibility List that is linked to the product states that it would and I completely incorrect by far.

I suggest you do what you need to do in order to ensure that this will fit your car before purchasing.
