FOFA Wireless Remote Transmitter

I just received this product last week. After losing the shed keys and car keys on five separate occasions (which took all day to find ), my wife made me buy something so i would start using appropriate language again. So I did my research and found this website findonefindall.com. The website claimed to find them buried in a hamper of clothes and has a range of 30 feet. The nice thing about this device is when it is buried in a hamper of clothes or in my case the shed keys were buried in a pile of leaves after raking them in the fall, the individual transmitter that you are using to locate the other sends a radio beacon back to the other one. So you wouldn't necessarily hear the sound, but ypu know it is there because the buried transmitter sends a signal back to the device you are using. I also got my keys stuck alongside the cushions in the third row of seats in my SUV. I used my wallet transmitter to find my car keys. Awesome product!!!

Unique and great idea, works well but a bit flimsy...

As an adult ADHD'er, I'm constantly losing things; my doctor recommended I try out an item locator system. I purchased the FOFA, the EZ 2-Find and E-Z Find packs.

I've been using the FOFA XD's for a few months now, and have found it to be the best of all, with a few caveats.

It ends up winning my vote, here's my quick thoughts:

The Good:

- Can find any device as long as you have one of the others (no need to look for the remote control to your device finder in order to use it to find your TV remote control).

- Pretty easy to use & program once you get the hang of it.

- Multiple devices are easy to add and configure in groups, etc.

The not so good (really my only gripe:

- The keypads on the devices feel rather flimsy, and I'm not sure how long they might last.

In conclusion: Even though the remote controls feel flimsy, I'm thinking about buying a few more. I gave up on the others as I lost the remote all the time :)

I'd definitely give a five-star rating if it weren't for the flimsy keypads.

FOFA - ARE GREAT

I ordered of of ea, 1-Wallet Finder set, 1 Cell Phone Finder set, locators. The Wallet size fits perfectly! It took 5 munuites to set up all 4. So easy to set up and use. I didn't need to read the provided instructions w/ picture illustrations. The use of these gadgets are endless. I Plan to buy more
